Do you charge planning fees? Yes, we charge a planning fee. This fee covers our professional services in managing your enquiry end to end, from the moment we first connect, to the moment you arrive home. We provide you with insider information and an app that contains your entire itinerary to make it easier for you when you travel.
How far in advance should I start planning? We recommend starting 6-12 months before your desired travel dates for international trips, though we can work with shorter timelines. We’ve turned around an inquiry for a trip 5 days away in 48 hours.
What if I’m not sure where I want to go yet? Perfect! That’s exactly what our consultation is for. We’ll help you discover the destination that matches your dreams and travel style and make our recommendations.
Do you only work with clients in San Diego? Not at all! We work with travelers across the United States. Most of our planning happens via email, phone, and video calls, so you don’t need to be in San Diego. And of course, we are here to service our local travelers too.
