For over four years, I’ve planned trips for travelers who’d rather hand off the research, the logistics, and the second-guessing to someone who’s actually been there or has a strong industry network. Many of my clients tell me that travel planning gives them anxiety — if that’s you, you’re in exactly the right place. Others feel anxious about the travel itself: maybe you’ve never been outside the USA, it’s been years since your last international trip, or just the thought of going somewhere unfamiliar feels overwhelming. Either way, I’ve got you.

We are based in Little Italy, San Diego and love meeting with travelers in person to plan trips. We meet over coffee and find out about how we work and what you are wanting for your vacation experience. Given my agency is home based we also meet online with clients who are further away, both in the San Diego County area, California and the rest of the USA.

Destination Specialist Worth Trusting Advanced certifications in New Zealand, Hawaii, Portugal, and Australia mean I’m not reading the same blog posts you already found — I’ve done the training and, in most cases, the travel myself. Does that mean I can’t plan travel to other destinations? Definitely not. I have a worldwide network to tap into to assist with planning.

How We Work

1. CONNECT → A free 15-minute “Get to Know You” call — we talk through what you’re dreaming of and make sure we’re the right fit.

2. COMMIT → If it’s a fit, you pay your Trip Design Fee and we book your full planning call.

3. PLAN → Then we arrange to meet for a longer one hour session where we talk through the specifics of your trip and what you want to get from it. — and we build your custom itinerary. Or, if you want a group tour, we match you with the supplier we know has the itinerary to meet your needs.

4. BOOK & TRAVEL → Confirm with simple, secure payment, then enjoy learning the ins and outs of your destination so you feel more confident about your visit, and 24/7 support from the moment you leave home.
