Disney Vacations by Karen

As a child growing up in Australia, watching Disneyland on a Sunday night was a major part of my week. I fell in love with the princesses. Pluto was my favorite character and the world seemed so magical. I never had that dream of visiting Disneyland because I knew my parents couldn’t afford the trip from Australia to the USA.

But, in 2024, as a Travel Advisor, I got my first opportunity to visit Disneyland and the California Adventure Park in Anaheim. It was an overwhelming day for me as all of my emotions and child wonder re-emerged. That’s what a trip to a Disney park is all about. Experiencing the wonder and fun of Disney or Marvel. I’m now a huge Marvel fan by the way!

Are you and your family wanting a Disney vacation experience? Let me help you plan the ultimate experience, like visiting one of the theme parks in either California or Florida, or to take a Disney cruise. My Disneyland Experience

Here are the photos of my second visit with a fellow Travel Advisor and friend who is a Disney aficionado. On my first visit to Disneyland I completely missed the Star Wars section. I know, crazy, right? But, the park is so big and I was in awe of it all. I hadn’t even realized there was all this amazing Star Wars fun to be had. I grew up watching the original movies.

I’m not an adventurous type of person so going on rides isn’t something I’m usually comfortable with at all, but with my friend by my side I had my first fun going on three different rides. Such fun! I’ll be far more adventurous next time I visit. I’m looking forward to enjoying more and more of the rides.

We then got to visit some of the wonderful Disney hotels, just to see what it would be like, as a guest, staying there. I loved the Pixar hotel, even though we stayed at the Disneyland Hotel.

On this three day training, we even got to undertake a ship tour of the Disney Wonder. Wow! I love the ship and the spaces for both adults and children alike. If you are wanting a different Disney experience, then definitely consider taking a cruise as an option.
